What is your return policy?
Our goal is to have you be a 100% satisfied customer!
If within 30 days of receiving your product, you find your product to be defective, or have a problem with it, please email us at: kelly@climbingequalizer.com with the description issue. Based on the issue, we will provide a Return Authorization number to have you send it back to us for a return or exchange. We do not except returns on any climbing equipment or the Climbing Equalizer Belay bag.
Can I track my order?
As soon as we mail your order you will receive USPS tracking information, please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to be available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal. We also accept debit cards featuring the Mastercard or Visa logo.
